Run and won: what else can be said.
Congrats to Peter Hackett on his win Overall.
A close finish for the top 3.
There wasn't a race where we weren't on the side - no real light winds at all.
Plenty of windy stuff.
Plenty of interest for WA hosting at Perth Dinghy SC.

For me, it was the end of a three year commitment on behalf of Qld Sabres to host and organise.
Nobody could fathom the all up cost of that.

In terms of my own result - the greatest reward came from sharing knowledge of the win with my neighbour. Strange hey.

Now it's back to the walls of the flat, and to finish the course that was the vehicle for getting me to the SE corner for the event. I hope I survive that. They turn up the heat in the next semester.

  1. Well this spectator and supporter was very pleased to be able to follow the races and see my very close friend win and be presented with the Womens Title. As for next semester it will be busy for you but I know you will "strive to succeed".
